Position: Assistant Professor

Location: Pune, MH

**Job Description**:
Course Design and Development:

- To design Courses as per the SCPS method
- To design the Evaluation, case studies, unguided sessions, PPT presentation and live project contents
- To design Pre-reading for the each classes as per the course
- To Upgrade courses as per academic and industry standards

Couse Planning and execution of program along with Batch In-charge
- Responsible for planning and qualitative execution of course as per SCPS approach
- Planning courses: Subject, Sessions, No. of hours, deciding faculty, Assessment cases per session, Preparing MIS and submitting it to Director
- To Prepare course plan and also checking the course plans for all Finance Subjects
- Execution : Scheduling classes in coordination with Batch in-charge, evaluation on time
- To allocate the pre readings and maintain the MIS for keep record of all the students

Teaching
- Teaching 1 to 2 core courses each semester
- Minimum 15 lectures a week Research and Paper Publication
- Two Research papers need to be published Scopus and ABDC (each academic year)
- Two Research paper to be presented in IIM and IIT or any reputed International Conference (each academic year)
- Present Research papers at IIM and IITs

Mentoring
- To mentor the assigned set of students and to guide to achieve employability and professional acumen Placement Activities
- To engage in placement training and various placement activities

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
