**JOB DESCRIPTION - FLOOR EXECUTIVE (SHOWROOM)**

**EXPERIENCE MUST IN RETAIL FIELD**
- 1. GOOD AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
- 2. SHOWROOM ADMINISTRATION AND ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
- 3. MONITORING INVENTORY LEVELS AND DEVELOPING BUSINESS STRATEGIES
- 4. DEVELOPING THE SHOWROOM STRATEGIES TO RAISE THE INFLOW OF CUSTOMERS AND OPTIMIZE PROFITIBALITY.
- 5. RESPONSIBLE FOR MERCHANDISING OF THE SHOWROOM.
- 6. DISPLAYING THE PRODUCT IN AN APPEALING MANNER.
- 7. SUPERVISING THE SALES TEAM AND RESPONSIBLE TO THE HIGHER MANAGEMENT.
- 8. HIRING, EDUCATING AND MOTIVATING STAFF IN PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE.
- 9. HANDLING RETURNS, DEALING WITH CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS IN EFFECTIVE AND POLITE MANNER.
- 10. PROPOSE INNOVATIVE IDEAS TO INCREASE MARKET SHARE.
- 11. MAINTAIN SHOWROOM WITH DISCIPLINE, ORDER AND CLEAN.
- **EXPERIENCE 3+ YEARS IN RELEVANT FIELD**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
