**Job description**

An excellent executive is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills who is comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out all the tasks with accuracy and speed. The goal is to ensure that publishing operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency in terms of publishing the magazines, newspapers and articles.
- Maintaining records with effective maintenance.
- Coordinate with other teams with various publishing related tasks (Error escalation, disseminating, Solving technical issues etc.)
- Responsible for quality conscious.
- Responsible for day-to-day publishing operations.

**Requirements**:

- Fresher or 1 or 2 years proven experience as office coordinator / executive in a similar role
- Experience in customer service will be a plus
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, back-office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
- This role would involve calling - Need to talk to atleast 20 publishers a day to resolve any queries.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
