Job Requirement

Project Role: Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) Report Developer

Project Role Description: We are seeking 3 experienced Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) Report Developers to design, develop, and maintain reports and analytics solutions using Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and Fast Formula. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver accurate, efficient, and compliant reporting solutions supporting Oracle Fusion HCM and Finance modules.

Work Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience

Work Location: Chennai – WFO

Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (9 AM to 6 PM EST) – Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain reports using Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and Fast Formula.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Develop custom data models and templates using SQL, XML, and XSLT.

Customize seeded reports and build new layouts using RTF and Excel templates.

Implement report bursting, scheduling, and automated delivery.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all reports.

Troubleshoot and resolve report performance issues and data discrepancies.

Document report logic, data sources, and dependencies for audit and compliance purposes.

Required Technical Skills

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) report development and OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) integration processes.

Strong proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience in XML/XSLT.

Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and Finance modules.

Working knowledge of Fast Formula and OTBI.

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Understanding of financial compliance and reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).

Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Power BI.

Experience with data governance, performance optimization, and security in report development.

Qualifications & Experience

B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / MCA degree or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) report development & OIC integration process.

Proven experience in delivering production-grade reporting solutions using Oracle technologies.
