Manage investigations of out of spec results and complaints in CatsWEB CAPA management system.
Perform benchmarking of HPLC/MS and UPLC/MS instruments (leads to better reliability and more efficient use of capital).
Perform analysis utilizing UV/VIS, FTIR, Karl Fischer, and TLC.
Perform the potency studies, dissolution, and uniformity, by using HPLC, GC, and UV/VIS.
Used HPLC, GPC, GC, and FTIR analysis to isolate problems during manufacturing or from customer returns.
Perform raw material, in-process, and finish product testing utilizing HPLC, GC, UV, and wet chemistry.
Execute dissolution and disintegration testing and microbiology testing with compliance requirements within GMP, GLP, and FDA regulatory environments.
Test raw materials and stability testing on pharmaceutical products and participate in validation of GC systems and perform general laboratory procedures.
Train and assist junior chemist to ensure completion of all testing on HPLC, GC, and UPLC.
Work on FTIR for identification of raw materials for qualitative analysis.
Assist in the set up of a batch record system and CAPA system for GLP.
Perform HPLC, UV-VIS, and IC experiments on bottle mineral water and soft drink samples.
Perform solid/liquid dosage stability testing, perform HPLC and UPLC testing, dissolution, UV-VIS, FT-IR.
Review inventory documentation per shipment inspection, MPR, GLP notebook records, and usage logs for consistency.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
