Service Coordination Supervisor

Supporting and guiding team who are coordinating with customers for all service-related activities (Contracts renewal, Engineer visit, Spare parts transfer, Defective parts return)
- Reviewing process and ensuring process remains healthy by reviewing various KPI’s which derives the service team performance.
- Guiding team in their daily deliverables and making sure all global SOP’s getting followed in process.
- Champions continuous improvement initiatives
- Fulfill reporting needs of the team and cross functional stakeholders.
- Develop novel and improved service support strategies & process improvement initiatives.
- Implement employee corrective action plans when necessary.
- Ensure team adherence to the Cepheid Quality Management System
- Meet with associates regularly to provide coaching and performance feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of experience OR master’s degree with 7+ years of experience
- Prior people handling experience of at least 3 years.
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving skills and project handling exp
- Outstanding skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication & persuasion skills
- Ability to motivate a team and encourage them to seek out process improvements.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize the critical few and delegate work appropriately.
