**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop graphics, illustrations, and creatives for digital and print platforms.
- Create and edit engaging videos, animations, and motion graphics for campaigns, websites, and social media.
- Design social media posts, banners, and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to deliver impactful designs.
- Stay updated with design, motion, and UI/UX trends to bring fresh ideas.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or related field.
- Must have upto 01 to 02 years of professional experience in design and multimedia.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and UI/UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency and user experience.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.

**Good to Have**:

- Knowledge of 3D design/animation.
- Experience in branding and campaign design.
- Understanding of digital marketing trends.
