**To ensure 100% accurate and efficient insurance process and 0% rejection by the insurance companies**:

- Claims are sorted on daily basis and screened (Level 1) for missing and incomplete claims.
- Patient’s demographics are completed as per requirement.
- Effective claim screening: - Claim forms are screened for: Patient’s demographics, Medical part, Patient’s signature, Doctor’s Signature and Seal, etc.
- Reports, approvals and relevant documents to be attached with each claims.
- Data sheet / Statements are prepared for each companies as per the requirements
- All claims are submitted within the minimum time frame.
- Non submitted claims reports with valid reason are forwarded to accounts receivable team to prepare the credit notes / cancellation
- Monthly submission reports are prepared.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
