Property Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate daily operations of assigned properties (residential, Airbnb, or serviced apartments).
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Schedule and supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and repair services.
- Maintain inventory of supplies, linens, and amenities.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and upkeep.
- Monitor booking calendars and coordinate with the reservations team.
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests and coordinate resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, supplies, and work orders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred (hospitality, business, or related field).
- Prior experience in property management, hospitality, or real estate preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and property management tools.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings if needed.Familiarity with Airbnb or other vacation rental platforms is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
