We are currently seeking a logistics export analyst, to for preparing and processing export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, export declarations, and other paperwork required for exporting goods internationally.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Review purchase orders and work with appropriate departments to gather necessary documentation and information for exports.
- Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, export declarations, and other export documents according to regulatory requirements.
- Classify commodities using Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes and determine licensing requirements.
- Work closely with logistics staff to ensure proper documentation accompanies shipments.
- Maintain thorough knowledge and comply with all export regulations including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)

The required qualifications for the job include:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or related field
- Multiple years (3 or more) of experience in export/import documentation, global trade, or compliance
- Knowledge of export regulations including EAR, customs guidelines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with export documentation software and MS Office

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

**This will be a 2nd Shift Based Job - Shift: 2 PM to 12 AM (IST)**
