Job Description: Sales & Marketing Executive for Kodu (Online Coding Courses)

**Position Overview**: Kodu Kodu is a leading provider of online coding courses, dedicated to empowering students with essential coding and programming skills. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Associate with a background in the eLearning industry to join our team. The Sales Associate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our customer base and revenue by effectively promoting and selling our online coding courses to students.

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Business Development**:

- Proactively identify and target potential customers, including individual students, parents, schools, and educational institutions.
- Conduct research to understand the needs and preferences of the target audience and tailor sales strategies accordingly.

**Relationship Building**:

- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and offering guidance on course selection.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to course enrollment.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a deep understanding of Kodu, Kodu's online coding courses, curriculum, and features to address customer questions and objections.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to position Kodu, Kodu's courses as the top choice in the market.

**Qualification Required**:

- Any graduate
- B.tech in computer science preferred
- Freshers can apply

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
