**Overview**

We're looking for a talented and data-driven Facebook Ads Specialist to join our team and develop high-performing advertising campaigns that achieve our marketing objectives. You'll be responsible for the entire campaign lifecycle, from crafting targeted audiences and compelling ad creatives to analyzing data and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement Facebook Ads strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Conduct in-depth audience research to identify ideal customers on Facebook.
- Create high-converting ad copy and visuals that resonate with the target audience.
- Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies to ensure efficient ad spend.
- Utilize Facebook's targeting options to reach the most relevant users.
- Monitor campaign performance using Facebook Ads Manager and track key metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions).
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Generate regular reports for stakeholders, presenting insights and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Facebook advertising features and best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience running successful Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Facebook's advertising platform and targeting options.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Experience with conversion tracking and attribution modeling.
- A/B testing experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
