Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, execute, and manage high-performing campaigns on Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook) - including reels, stories, and feed ads.
  2. Strategize and optimize campaigns for engagement, lead generation, and conversions for Ed-tech company
  3. Run and analyze A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and placements.
  4. Monitor and improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
  5. Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (search, display, YouTube) as secondary platforms.
  6. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to design compelling ad content.

  7. Stay up to date with Meta Ads algorithm changes, tools, and best practices.

  8. Strong track record of delivering ROI-focused results.

  9. Skilled in audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel-based advertising.

  10. Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.

  11. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
