**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Educator to join our team. The Special Educator will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they receive the necessary accommodations and assistance to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs in collaboration with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide differentiated instruction and support to students with learning disabilities, developmental delays, behavioral challenges, and other special needs.
- Adapt classroom materials and teaching strategies to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
- Conduct assessments to identify students' strengths, weaknesses, and specific learning goals.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to create inclusive learning environments and promote the academic and social integration of students with special needs.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies and interventions as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to classroom teachers on effective strategies for working with students with special needs.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and collaborate on intervention strategies.
- Stay current on best practices and research in the field of special education and incorporate these into instructional planning and support strategies.
