**Job Title**: Special Educator

**Job Type**: Full-time / Part-time
**Reporting To**: Principal

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Special Educator to support and teach students with diverse learning needs. The role involves creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), collaborating with teachers and parents, and ensuring inclusive learning environments.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.**:

- **RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) certification preferred (for India-based roles).**:

- **Knowledge of various disabilities (Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, etc.).**:

- **Familiarity with assistive technology and tools.**:

- **Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.**:

- **Strong organizational and documentation abilities.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess students’ skills and learning requirements through formal and informal methods.
- Develop and implement **Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)** for each student.
- Use a variety of instructional techniques to meet students' needs (visual, auditory, tactile, kinesthetic).
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to modify the curriculum and classroom environment.
- Monitor and document students’ progress regularly.
- Provide **one-on-one** or **small group instruction**.
- Engage with parents, counselors, therapists, and other professionals to ensure holistic development.
- Conduct training sessions/workshops for parents and staff on inclusive education.
- Stay updated with current practices in special education, disabilities, and intervention strategies.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience working with children with special needs.
- Experience in inclusive school settings is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
