Hello,

We are **CT Solutions Pvt. Ltd.** Located in **Mohali**. We are looking to hire a creative **UI-UX designer** who can join our team.
Exp: 3-6 years
Location: Mohali

**Software: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, UI/UX Animation, and Advanced Prototyping Too**l

PS: FRESHERS ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR THIS PROFILE.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Prioritizing clean design, scalability, modularity, and componentization.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and information architectures.
- Create high quality prototypes and animations in figma and all other required tools for interaction design.
- Collaborate with the dev team with the goal to understand whether the design is possible to implement.
- Contribute to and maintain a style guide as new components are designed.
- Ensure adherence to accessibility requirements.
- Keep up to date with general UI trends, best practices, design principles, and toolsets.
- Communicate/demonstrate the value and rationale of UX decisions to stakeholders.
- Partner with users, clients, product managers, and software developers to define requirements, user workflows, and UI mockups.
- Be able to understand customer requirements and translate them into relevant UX features.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proactively tracking and monitoring the quality of the work produced by you as you will ultimately be accountable for your work and project’s quality standards.

**Essential Skills**:

- Prior experience of 2+ years working in a UI/UX design or similar role.
- Familiarity with UI design patterns.
- Familiarity with popular design tools like Photoshop, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Indesign Portfolio showcasing an eye for detail.
- Decent communication skills.
- Taking ownership in delivering a project end to end.

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift
