**Job Title: Commis Chef**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Clean and prepare ingredients for daily use, including washing, peeling, and chopping.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the quality and safety of food products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
- Support the Chef de Partie and other senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Learn and develop culinary skills under the guidance of experienced kitchen staff.
- Execute tasks efficiently and accurately to meet service deadlines and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure efficient communication and teamwork.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
- Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hiring.

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month
