IT Technician

We have an opening for an IT technician who is responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software systems within an organization, providing technical support to users by diagnosing and resolving issues with their computers and network access, ensuring system security by updating antivirus software and managing network access, and often performing routine maintenance checks on hardware and software.

**Job responsibilities**:

- **:Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and user access.
- Monitoring network performance, identifying and resolving network connectivity issues, managing network security protocols.
- Implementing and managing data backup procedures to ensure data integrity in case of system failure.
- Installing and maintaining antivirus software, firewalls, and other security measures to protect against cyber threats.
- Tracking and managing IT equipment inventory, including asset tagging and lifecycle management.
- Maintaining accurate technical documentation regarding system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.

Skills and qualifications for an IT technician:

- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software components
- Proficiency in network administration and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills to interact with users of varying technical abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant IT certifications

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
