**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**:

- Oversee daily operations of retail stores and production facilities.
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and develop store managers and production supervisors.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure all products meet quality standards.
- Monitor and implement quality assurance protocols.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee inventory control and stock levels.
- Implement effective inventory management systems.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure exceptional customer service across all retail outlets.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- **Financial Management**:

- Develop and manage operational budgets.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in operations management within retail and production sectors.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Working Conditions**:

- Regular travel between store and production locations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
