As a Store Supervisor at Egreens Farms Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory and customer service. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of service and contributing to the overall success of our business. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Store Operations Management**:

- Supervising the day-to-day activities of the store, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of agricultural products and supplies.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Monitoring inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Implementing measures to minimize product waste and spoilage.

2. **Customer Service**:

- Providing excellent customer service to all patrons, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Assisting customers with product selection, providing information and recommendations as needed.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment to enhance the shopping experience.

3. **Team Leadership**:

- Leading and motivating a team of store staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Scheduling work shifts and organizing work assignments to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operation of the store.
- Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and cooperation among staff members.

4. **Inventory Control**:

- Managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate record-keeping of stock movements using appropriate systems or tools.
- Conducting regular stock audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and prevent inventory shrinkage.
- Collaborating with purchasing and logistics teams to optimize stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business administration or retail management is a plus.
- Proven experience 2-3 in a supervisory role within a retail or agricultural environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of agricultural products and supplies is desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software or systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
