**Job Summary**

HealKin is looking for **experienced Medical Officers (BHMS/BAMS)** to conduct **home visits, assess patient needs, provide consultations, and guide patients on home healthcare services**. This role is ideal for **doctors with 1-2 years of experience** who are passionate about providing personalized medical care outside of a hospital setting.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Conduct home visits** for case assessment and patient evaluation.
- **Diagnose and assess** patient conditions, including chronic illnesses, post-hospitalization care, and elderly care needs.
- **Consult with patients and families** regarding available **home healthcare services** (nursing, physiotherapy, equipment needs, etc.).
- **Address patient queries** and provide guidance on suitable care plans.
- Coordinate with **nurses, caregivers, and physiotherapists** to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain **accurate patient records and reports** to monitor progress.

**Eligibility & Requirements**

**Education**: BHMS/BAMS Degree (Registered with Medical Council)
**Experience**: Minimum **1-2 years** as a **Medical Officer** in a hospital or clinical setting

**Skills**:

- Strong diagnostic, consultation, and patient management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle **home-based patient care**:
