Maintenance Executive

**Job Summary**: The **Maintenance Executive** is responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities within an organization. They are responsible for ensuring that all equipment, machinery, and facilities are properly maintained to ensure optimal performance and operational efficiency. The Maintenance Executive plays a crucial role in managing maintenance schedules, supervising maintenance staff, and implementing maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

**Responsibilities**:
**Maintenance Planning and Scheduling**: Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules for all equipment and facilities.
Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting production or operations.
Ensure that preventive maintenance tasks are carried out in a timely manner to minimize breakdowns and maximize equipment lifespan.

**Equipment Maintenance and Repairs**: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all machinery, equipment, and systems.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance activities.

**Budgeting and Resource Management**: Develop and manage the maintenance budget, including allocating resources efficiently.
Optimize resource utilization and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

**Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections.
Generate reports on equipment performance, maintenance costs, and downtime.
Analyze data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Fresher and Experience both are eligible
- Strong technical knowledge of equipment, machinery, and maintenance practices and Excel.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Proficient in maintenance planning and scheduling.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
