Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging visual designs for a variety of digital and print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, website banners, and presentation materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts and strategies that effectively communicate the institute's message and attract the target audience.
- Develop and maintain the institute's visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all design materials.
- Utilize graphic design software like adobe photoshop, Corel draw, and other tools to produce high-quality designs, incorporating typography, color schemes, and imagery that align with the institute's style guidelines.
- Conduct research and stay updated on design trends and best practices to ensure the institute's designs are contemporary and visually appealing.
- Work closely with other team members, including copywriters and marketing specialists, to develop design solutions that meet project objectives and timelines.
- Prepare design files for production and collaborate with external vendors or printers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the institute's website and social media platforms with visually appealing graphics and designs.
- Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet the institute's standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and expertise in various design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proficiency in creating designs for both digital and print mediums.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts and ideas.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with web design, UI/UX design, and video editing is a plus.
