**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and design **innovative book covers** for a variety of genres, including fiction, non-fiction, educational, and children’s books.
- Create mock-ups and finalize designs based on feedback.
- Stay updated with current trends in book design and publishing.
- Ensure all designs are print-ready and meet production specifications.
- Maintain consistency with the company’s branding guidelines.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience** in graphic design, preferably in book cover design or a publishing environment.
- **Proficiency in design software** such as Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator, Canva, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of **typography, color theory, and composition.**:

- Creativity and ability to translate abstract concepts into visually compelling designs.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation is a plus.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
- A portfolio showcasing previous book cover designs or related creative work.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience in designing **e-book covers** is an advantage.
- Interest or familiarity with the publishing industry and current design trends.

Pay: ₹10,940.86 - ₹30,000.00 per month
