Job description

We are looking for someone with an electrical/EV background who can join our production team. You will coordinate with our EMS to manufacture our boards and handle all the tasks daily related to production cycle.

Key responsibilities
- Ensure production scheduling and production plan meets the volume requirements agreed in the demand plan.
- Closely coordinate with the Sales, Technical & SCM team to fulfill the customer requirements on time.
- Preparing PDI reports of production batches.
- Allocate and organize resources effectively and efficiently to meet production targets of embedded products. Highlighting production/quality issues to management.
- Ensure execution of projects, along with on-time delivery targets for the assigned production lines.
- Coordinate and work closely with EMS partners for production of products. Training the EMS Staff for the production.
- Preventive maintenance of FCT, PDI jigs. Performing FCT/ PDI if required

Key Skills
- Experience of 1-3yrs in a manufacturing company.

Bachelors in electronics and Basic knowledge of electronics production processes is mandatory.

Knowledge of tools like MS Excel.

Should be comfortable in traveling to EMS partners in Delhi
- NCR region.

Location-: Manesar

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
