**Job Overview**:As a Fitter, you will play a pivotal role in assisting patients with hearing device solutions in close collaboration with our remote Audiologists. Your primary responsibility will involve fitting and programming hearing devices based on patient needs and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process. This role will require frequent travel within the assigned region to meet patients, conduct appointments, and provide support.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with remote Audiologists to provide patient-centered hearing device solutions.
Visit patients at their residences or designated locations, ensuring a professional and empathetic approach.
Fit, program, and adjust hearing devices according to individual patient requirements.
Utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to device functionality.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot tables.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, appointments, and device-related data.
Conduct follow-up sessions with patients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction with the devices.
Communicate effectively in Hindi, Marathi, and English, both verbally and in writing.
Collaborate with Audiologists and report progress and patient outcomes to your manager on a daily basis.

**Qualifications**:
B-Tech Graduate (Minimum Requirement)
2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the Audiology or related industry.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, adhering to established protocols.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a patient-centered mindset.

Additional Information:
This role involves extensive travel within the assigned region. Flexibility to work in various locations is essential.
You will work under the guidance of a remote Audiologist, who will provide virtual support and guidance.
Comfort and experience in dealing with geriatric patients are highly desirable.
Sales skills and a proactive approach to customer interactions are a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
