1) Maximum number of quality Tender/Bid Submission for Company.
2) Maximum Profit through high winning ratio.
3) Minimize cost for company (cost negotiation with vendor / OEM on product purchase.
4) Timely submissions of Tender’s /Bid’s(Target -Zero error)
5) Timely actively offered by administration.
6) Preparing Pre-Qualification and Technical-Qualification to analysis the qualification.
7) Searching of potential tender from sites.
8) Prepare tender documents (manual tender documents & online tender procedure)for Government Sector and completed successfully.
9) Arrange the Tender Fees, EMD, Security Deposit and PBG for related tender.
10) Final tender documents with checklist, submit the tender on time.
11) Attending Pre-Bid, Technical-Bid, Financial Bid and POC meeting by department.
1) Analyzing, identifying and developing relationships with new channel partners, as well as over seeing their integration.
2) Work closely with all business departments to encourage cross-selling culture
3) Work with the marketing team to develop channel marketing plans, providing feedback and evaluating success of such plans.
4) Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
5) Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
6) Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
7) Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
8) Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
9) Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
10) Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
11) Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
