**Job Summary**: The School Nurse is responsible for promoting the health and well-being of students, providing direct nursing care, and managing health-related services within the school setting. This role involves collaborating with teachers, parents, and health professionals to ensure a safe and healthy school environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Health Services**:

- Provide direct nursing care to students, including first aid, medication administration,
- **Health Education**:

- Educate students and staff on health-related topics, including nutrition, hygiene, and disease prevention.
- Promote healthy lifestyle choices and practices among students.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work with teachers, and healthcare providers to coordinate care for students with health needs.
- Maintain accurate health records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate first aid and care.
- Develop and implement emergency health plans for students with specific health concerns.
- **Policy Implementation**:

- Implement and adhere to school health policies and procedures.
- Stay current with state and federal health regulations and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State].
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Experience in pediatric nursing or school nursing preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,155.87 per month
