Tally Operator/ Data Entry Executive

A **Data Entry Operator** is responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate records in databases and systems. They ensure data integrity by verifying and correcting errors, managing files, and handling confidential information with precision.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Enter, update, and maintain data in databases, spreadsheets, or systems.
- Verify and correct data inconsistencies or errors.
- Retrieve and organize data as requested.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of data entry activities.
- Follow company policies and data management guidelines.
- Assist with generating reports and summarizing data.
- Perform routine data backups and recovery procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in data management is a plus.
- Proficiency in typing with high accuracy and speed.
- Experience with data entry software, MS Office (Excel, Word), and databases.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
**Preferred Experience**:
- 3+ years of experience in a data entry role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP software, or cloud-based data management tools.
- Understanding of basic data analysis techniques.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
