**Key Responsibilities**:

- Quality Control and Rejection Management:

- Oversee and manage quality control processes.
- Identify, document, and reject products that do not meet quality standards.
- Implement corrective actions to minimize recurrence of issues.
- Maintenance of Production Tools and Equipment:

- Maintain Defects Tracking Format (DFT) for all production processes.
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of oven temperature controls.
- Oversee the maintenance of production tools related to Pretreatment (PT).
- Inspection and Quality Assurance:

- Conduct final process inspections to ensure product quality.
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly.
- Record Keeping and Documentation:

- Maintain comprehensive quality records and sheets.
- Document and update quality standards and procedures.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all quality-related documentation.
- Client Interaction and Follow-Up:

- Coordinate with clients to understand quality requirements and feedback.
- Make proper follow-ups at the client side to ensure satisfaction with product quality.
- Address client concerns related to quality and provide timely resolutions.
- Order Cycle and Process Management:

- Follow up on order cycle sheets to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Monitor and report on quality control metrics and performance.
- Suggest improvements to optimize quality control processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
