Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure QMS/IATF/VSA/Customer specific requirements.

  • Ensure all products or services meet customer and regulatory standards.

  • Analyze and improve production or service processes to increase efficiency and quality.

  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions to address quality issues.

  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.

  • Lead and manage a team of quality inspectors, analysts, and auditors.

  • Provide training on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

  • Foster a culture of quality within the organization.

  • Work with MSIL or automotive customers to understand quality expectations and ensure their requirements are met.

  • Must have full knowledge of PPAP, MSA, SPC, CAPA, PFMEA, etc

  • Must have full knowledge of Plastic Injection molding & Sheet Metal process.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain QMS documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with QMS standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure proper training and awareness of QA/QC/QMS processes among employees.
  • Monitor and analyze key quality metrics, providing reports and recommendations to management.
  • Coordinate and support external audits and inspections by certification bodies and customers.
  • Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to drive quality improvement.
  • Support the development of quality plans for new products and processes.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in quality management.

  • Handling of First Party Second Party and Third party audits

  • Good Exposure of ISO9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 implementation.

  • Presentation skills.

  • Conducting management review.

  • And full hand holding in MACE/MSIL VSA 19 points audit

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or Manufacturing field.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Manager or in a similar quality-related role.

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.

  • Must have past experince in MACE/MSIL VSA green audits handling.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with teams.
  • Proficiency in quality tools and techniques such as Six Sigma, Lean, and FMEA.
  • Familiarity with quality management software and audit management systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
