Job Title: UI/UX Trainer

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a UI/UX Trainer to join our team and work on exciting projects that will provide you with valuable industry experience. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced designers and developers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that meet the needs of our clients and users.

Responsibilities: 0-1yrs Experience Required*
- Conduct user research and create user personas to inform design decisions
- Create design assets such as icons, graphics, and UI elements
- Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Conduct usability testing to ensure designs meet user needs
- Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data analysis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing a degree or recently graduated in a design-related field (e.g., graphic design, interaction design, human-computer interaction, etc.)
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
