**Position**: Accounts Executive

**Location**: Lower Parel.

**Educational qualification**: Bachelors with proficient knowledge in MS Excel & Tally.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Record Keeping**:
Maintaining accurate financial records and statements, including managing accounts receivable and payable, and reconciling bank statements.
**Financial Reporting**:
Preparing reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and forecasts.
**Budgeting and Forecasting**:
Assisting in the preparation of budgets and business plans, including projected room revenue.
**Compliance**:
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, such as VAT and PAYE, and hotel policies.
**Collections**:
Chasing late payments and reporting bad debts.
**Payroll Processing**:
Managing and controlling payroll.
**Audit Support**:
Providing support for audits and ensuring timely resolution of audit findings.
**Financial Analysis**:
Conducting financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning. **Process Development**:
Developing and documenting accounting processes and procedures, and ensuring compliance with controls.
**Communication**:
Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and auditors.
**Technology**:
Utilizing accounting software and other technology to manage financial records and reports.

**Skills required**:

- Strong analytical and time management skills.

Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to work with various accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
