**Job Summary**:
We need a dynamic **Social Media Producer** to craft compelling content, manage digital campaigns, and strategize audience engagement. This is an **on-site, full-time** role with exciting opportunities to lead creative projects, execute viral campaigns, and collaborate with brands. If you're passionate about social media trends, influencer marketing, and digital growth, this role is for you

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement high-impact **social media strategies**:

- Analyze digital trends & audience insights to optimize engagement
- Oversee content production (videos, reels, posts) for maximum reach
- Build & maintain strong **brand and influencer partnerships**:

- Ideate & execute viral campaigns that drive brand awareness
- Monitor social analytics & adjust strategies for maximum impact
- Stay ahead of trends in **retail, entertainment, and digital marketing**
- 3-5 years experience in **social media, content production, or influencer marketing**:

- Expertise in **digital storytelling, audience growth & engagement strategies**:

- Strong knowledge of **Instagram, YouTube, Facebook & emerging platforms**:

- Excellent communication & project management skills
- Creativity in **developing brand collaborations & viral content ideas**:

- Ability to **work in fast-paced, dynamic digital environments**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
