**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies.
- Create and manage engaging content across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube.
- Monitor engagement metrics and respond to audience interactions.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content writers to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Stay updated with digital trends and adapt content accordingly.
- Develop comprehensive social media strategies tailored to various industries
- Oversee content planning, execution, and performance reporting.
- Guide the creative team in producing high-quality content that aligns with brand objectives.
- Drive organic growth through data-backed strategies and audience engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in managing and growing brand presence organically across digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X, YouTube etc).
- Proven ability to generate original, high-quality content with strong visual and written communication.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
