Job Title: Social Media Executive

**Location**: Mumbai

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Content Creation & Curation**: Develop, write, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- **Social Media Strategy**: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to grow brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive traffic to the website.
- **Community Management**: Monitor and manage social media accounts, respond to comments, messages, and mentions, and interact with followers to build a strong online community.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and prepare monthly reports on performance, audience growth, engagement metrics, and other relevant data.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement new strategies to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
- **Brand Voice & Consistency**: Ensure consistent messaging and tone across all social media platforms in line with the company’s brand guidelines.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to align social media content with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- **Paid Social Media Campaigns**: Manage and optimize paid social media ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to ensure maximum reach and ROI.
- **Campaign Planning**: Assist in planning and executing special social media events, contests, and promotions to engage and grow the audience.
- **Influencer & Partnership Management**: Identify and collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors to enhance the company’s social media presence.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in social media management (1-2 years preferred).
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create engaging, on-brand content.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design (knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus).
- Understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for engagement and growth.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize social media campaigns.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager) is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
