**Experience**: Fresher or 0-1 Year (Training will be provided)

**Key Responsibilities: Amazon Seller Account Management**
- Create, and update, clients accounts (title, bullet points, description, keywords).
- Manage product catalog, variations, A+ content, and inventory.
- Handle daily Amazon Seller Central operations.
- Follow-up with the clients on call or WhatsApp

**Monitoring and Management**
- Monitor orders, complaint tickets, policy violation, and account health.
- Coordinate with internal teams for client update.

**Customer Service**
- Respond to customer queries, messages, and feedback through calls, and messages.
- Raise and resolve tickets with Amazon support when required.
- Monitor product reviews and work on improving ratings.

**Required Skills**:

- Good understanding of e-commerce (Amazon experience is a plus, not mandatory).
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Willingness to learn Amazon operations and tools.

**Education Qualification**
- Any Graduate
- Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
