We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented fresher as E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our Amazon Seller account. The ideal candidate should be exited about e-commerce, willing to learn, and capable of handling day-to-day Amazon operations including listing, catalog management, enhanced cataloging, raise and manage complaints, basic marketing activities, and engage with the clients.

Freshers with interest and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Experience: Fresher or 0–1 Year (Training will be provided)

Key Responsibilities: Amazon Seller Account Management

  • Create, and update, clients accounts (title, bullet points, description, keywords).
  • Manage product catalog, variations, A+ content, and inventory.
  • Handle daily Amazon Seller Central operations.
  • Follow-up with the clients on call or WhatsApp

Monitoring and Management

  • Monitor orders, complaint tickets, policy violation, and account health.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for client update.

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer queries, messages, and feedback through calls, and messages.
  • Raise and resolve tickets with Amazon support when required.
  • Monitor product reviews and work on improving ratings.

Required Skills

  • Good understanding of e-commerce (Amazon experience is a plus, not mandatory).
  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn Amazon operations and tools.

Education Qualification

  • Any Graduate
  • Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
