Key responsibilities:
Design Conceptualization: Develop original design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on project objectives, target audience, and creative briefs.

Graphic Design: Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and visual content for marketing materials, websites, social media, and other digital platforms.

Brand Identity: Collaborate with the team to maintain and evolve brand consistency across all design elements and marketing materials.

Print Materials: Design brochures, flyers, posters, and other printed collateral, ensuring high-quality output for offline marketing efforts.

Project Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and developers, to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with the project goals.

Creativity and Innovation: Stay updated with design trends and emerging technologies, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all designs are of high quality and error-free before final delivery.

Software Proficiency: Proficiently use industry-standard design software tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and relevant design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma).

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively. Feedback Incorporation: Actively seek and incorporate feedback to continually refine and improve designs.

File Management: Maintain organized and easily accessible design files and assets.

Visual Storytelling: Create designs that tell compelling stories, enhancing the overall messaging and impact of the brand.

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience in creative design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.

Working experience in a ad agency is a plus.

Proficiency in design software and tools.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
