You'll own our visual storytelling across social, performance marketing, and brand touchpoints – translating complex science into compelling visuals that drive engagement and sales. This is 70% execution, 30% creative strategy, working directly with founders to build a legendary longevity brand.What you'll doPerformance & Social Creative (≈50%)Design static and motion assets for Meta/Google ads that balance scientific credibility with scroll-stopping appealCreate daily social content: posts, stories, reels graphics, and carousels that educate and engageEdit short-form videos and create motion graphics for performance campaignsRapidly iterate designs based on CTR, CPM, and conversion dataBuild templated systems for quick creative variations and A/B testingBrand & Print Design (≈30%)Own packaging design: capsule/bottle artwork, dielines, and unboxing experienceDesign print collateral: brochures, pamphlets, posters, POS displaysCreate event materials and investor decks that feel premium yet scientificWork with suppliers on color matching, material specs, and regulatory requirementsBrand Systems & Strategy (≈20%)Build and maintain brand guidelines and asset libraries (Figma + Adobe CC)Partner on campaign concepting and creative briefsTranslate performance data into design iterationsSupport web design needs (landing pages, banners) when requiredMust-haves1-3 years in brand/marketing design (agency or D2C experience strongly preferred)Portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, performance ads, and brand workExpert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong typography, color theory, and composition skills with keen aesthetic senseExperience designing for social platforms and their specific formats/requirementsUnderstanding of performance marketing metrics and how design drives resultsAbility to work at speed – concept to live asset in hours/daysBig plussesMotion graphics and 2D animation skills (After Effects)Basic video editing capabilities (Premiere/Final Cut)Agency background with exposure to multiple brands/categoriesExperience in wellness, beauty, or premium consumer brandsFigma proficiency for collaborationWhat Success Looks Like after Month 12Performance creative that consistently beats benchmarks (CTR, CPM, CVR)Unified brand presence that stands out in the longevity spaceLibrary of high-performing templates enabling rapid testingSocial content that drives organic engagement and community growthPrint/packaging that creates "wow" moments and social sharesWe offer direct access to founders, zero bureaucracy, and massive impact in building India's longevity leader.Important Please apply on this post & email team@vara.life with:"Brand & Performance Designer – Your Name" in the subject linePortfolio link or PDF showing social/performance work (mandatory)Your best-performing ad creative and its metrics (if available)Which Varalife touchpoint you'd redesign first and why (3-4 lines)We review applications on a rolling basis.
