Position: Presales Executive

Location: Pune

**About the Role**

Yash Realty Group is looking for an energetic Presales Executive with excellent communication skills and a strong phone presence to support our pre-sales efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage directly with potential clients through targeted phone calls to generate new leads.
- Coordinate client meetings and site visits with the sales team.
- Communicate with clients clearly and professionally throughout all stages of the process.
- Compile and submit detailed daily and weekly performance reports
- Understand client requirements, suggest relevant properties, and manage site visit schedules, ensuring seamless coordination with the sales and backend teams.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline to provide the sales team with ample client opportunities.

**Qualifications**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A quick learner with a positive outlook.
- Confidence and skill in managing high volumes of outbound calls daily.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is required.
- Soft skills knowledge
