**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage architectural design projects from inception through construction, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams to develop design concepts that meet project requirements and align with client goals and objectives.
- Oversee all phases of the design process, including programming, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and code analyses to inform design decisions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and present design proposals, presentations, and reports to clients, governing agencies, and project stakeholders.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff members, fostering their professional growth and development within the firm.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to integrate engineering systems, materials, and technologies into design solutions.
- Conduct periodic site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure that designs are implemented according to specifications.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in architecture, and incorporate relevant ideas into design projects.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and establish thought leadership in the field of architecture.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹73,405.95 per month
