**Job title**:Insurance Coordinator
**Reporting to**:Bodyshop Manager

**Job Summary**

As a Insuarnce Coordinator you are responsible for efficient and profitable operations of body & paint shop.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring efficiency of work and processes to ensure quality repairs
- Dealing with insurance company or surveyor.
- Continue growth in sales and net income of bodyshop department
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Builds and maintains good working relations with insurance companies
- Ensure collection of all insurance company payments.
- Troubleshoot & solve daily issues.

**Customer Service and Satisfaction**:

- Ensuring high quality standards of workmanship
- Ensuring all parts estimated and authorized are fitted to the vehicle, any non-required but authorized parts are not charged to the customer or Insurance Company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
