**About the Role**

As an Operations Executive, you will assist in the end-to-end operations of our direct-to-consumer FMCG brand.
- Salary details - **Total Compensation Rs.2,80,000 p.a.** This includes **monthly take home of Rs.20,000** + Bonuses
- Work Timings - **9:30 to 6:30, Monday to Saturday**

**Job Responsibilities -**
- Process, pack, and dispatch daily orders across our website and other marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart etc) orders.
- Coordinate with customers, courier partners, suppliers and other vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Managing proper storage, dispatch, and receiving of stocks at the warehouse. Conduct periodic stock counts and audits and oversee inventory management.
- Data entry into our internal systems, generating operations reports and tracking key metrics.

**Requirements**:

- This role is open to Freshers. The minimum education qualification is 12th Pass. Prior experience in inventory management, logistics, customer support, or related roles is a plus.
- Proficiency in data entry and computer systems. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/ Google sheets is required.
- Good English communications skills (spoken and written)
- Fluency in either spoken Hindi or Kannada is a must. Fluency in both will give you an edge.
- Applicant should be comfortable with numbers and quick calculations as you will be responsible for cost management.
- Applicants must be based in Bangalore.
- Have a can-do attitude and be up for solving any operations-related challenges that may arrive.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month
