Position Overview:
We are currently looking for dedicated and results-driven Telemarketing Representatives to contribute to our sales team's success. As a Telemarketing Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting our products/services, and effectively communicating the value proposition to generate sales opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Introduce and promote our products/services to potential clients.
- Engage in effective and persuasive communication to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about product features, benefits, and promotions.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong hold in English language
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and persist in the face of challenges.
- High school diploma; college degree preferred.
