**About the company**

We capture and document the precious moments of newborn babies.

Babyfy is a specialized and customized photography service that focuses on newborn photography, delivering soft and hard copies of photography albums to new moms and dads.

Each Babyfy shoot is crafted with love. Preset and custom theme-based photography packages to choose from. Safe, sanitized, premium cloth, materials and equipment can be taken home to cherish forever.

**Responsibilities**
- Photograph newborn babies in a hospital setting or Mybabyfy studio
- Create a happy, warm, welcoming experience that families will remember.
- Accommodate emotions and/or physical conditions of Moms’ and babies
- Maintain professionalism at all times
- Provide excellent customer service
- Develop and maintain a team/player relationship with your co-workers, Mybabyfy management, and our Hospital Partners.
- Meet and exceed goals in Customer Service, Photography and Sales
- Perform maintenance checks of camera equipment to avoid service problems

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in operating Canon & Sony Camera Systems, lighting and photography equipment
- Need a basic camera
- Can operate in both natural light and/or artificial light settings
- Language proficiency English, and other local language Hindi/ Kannada
- Sales or customer service experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Have an eye for aesthetic pleasing images.

**People Management Skills**:

- Love being around people and interacting with them;
- Genuinely love kids and love playing with kids;
- Managing, Engaging, Handling and Photographing families ranging from 3 to 30 people; capturing moments of babies, kids (from under 2 weeks old), fur kids and people aged 0-100.
- Comfortable working in a hospital environment
- Comfortable handling newborn babies
