As a Junior Import Executive, you will assist in managing the import operations of a
company, working closely with senior import professionals to ensure smooth and
efficient import processes. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with suppliers,
freight forwarders, and internal departments, handling import documentation,
monitoring shipments, and assisting with customs clearance activities.
1) Import Checklist Preparation and Send to Party for
Approval
2) Mail Send to Importer for Any Other Document Required
3) Advance To Final
4) Duty Call
5) Air Goods Registration
6) Coordinated With Agent Regarding To Freight
7) Eta Tracking
8) E Sanchit
9) Creating Bond (PD BOND, TEST BOND, HSS BOND, Etc)
10) Updating Delivery Done Status on Software (Logi-Sys)
11) Follow Up for CFS - Invoice
12) Follow Up for Shipping Line Invoice
13) Follow Up for Stamp Duty Invoice
14) Follow Up for Custom Duty Invoice
15) Follow Up for Original Lr and Empty Receipt.
16) Preparing & Sending Import Documents to Pub
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
