**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Patient Inquiry Handling**:
- Provide comprehensive information to help patients make informed decisions about treatments.
- **Lead Conversion**:
- Engage with new leads, educate them on benefits and outcomes of relevant treatments, and motivate them to schedule appointments.
- Follow up on leads to increase conversion rates and build trust with prospective patients.
- **Appointment Scheduling and Follow-ups**:
- Schedule consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments efficiently.
- Contact existing patients for reminders, rescheduling, and post-treatment care advice.
- **Patient Guidance and Support**:
- Counsel patients on treatment options, explaining benefits, possible side effects, and any relevant information in a clear, empathetic manner.
- Build rapport with patients to encourage repeat visits and improve loyalty.
- **Sales Support and Upselling**:
- Promote suitable add-on services based on patient needs.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services that complement the patient’s treatment plan.
- **Documentation and CRM**:
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, including inquiries, preferences, and feedback, in the clinic’s CRM system.
- Track patient flow, lead conversion rates, and report progress to the management team.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, psychology, business, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient counseling, telecalling in a medical setting, or customer service in healthcare **(Cosmetic clinic preferred)**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic and patient-focused approach.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet conversion goals.
