We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Risk Governance Process Mapping / Casewise

**Principal responsibilities**:

- Ensure all Process & Architectural changes requested by the business and key stakeholders are responded to in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide administrative support to the business architecture repository including user access management
- Assure quality of data and diagrams hosted in any repository meet the HSBC group standards, and the requirements of relevant internal instructions (FIMs (Functional Instruction Manual), GSMs, circulars) and external regulatory requirements
- Ensure alignment with HSBC group, GBM (Global Banking and Markets), Treasury & Business line architectural frameworks
- Provide a conduit to Casewise/Process Modelling tooling technical maintenance and support for business users experiencing technical issues
- Working in partnership with the business service owners, process owners and strategic programmes, capture end to end processes and align to architectural blueprints
- Ensure that process modelling, tools and the accepted best practice techniques and standards are utilised
- Working in conjunction with improvement programmes and business areas support the identification of improvement opportunities across all aspects of the business
- Feed opportunities to strategic programs & initiatives
- Evaluate existing models and physical databases for variances and discrepancies
- Treasury & Markets knowledge

Liquidity, Interest Rate Risk, Capital

Markets / Product knowledge for commonly traded products FX / MMK / Repo’s, Bonds
- Process Mapping & Data Association knowledge

Lean / Six Sigma or 4-5 years of Process Mapping experience

Knowledge of BPMN

Requirements
- Ability to map, model and document end to end business processes [Essential]
- Experience of using tools to capture process maps and/ or other architectural blueprints Process mapping/ modelling tools (e.g., Visio/Aris/Casewise) [Essential]
- Ability to prioritise work within competing demands to successfully deliver services to agreed levels in a diverse and constantly changing technical and business environment [Essential]
- Logical and practical - ability to see the wood through the trees and act on it
- Strong relationship management capability - managing multiple personas across multiple businesses across multiple regions
- Understanding of business architecture frameworks and components [Preferred]
- Experience of using & administering Casewise or similar Enterprise Architectural platforms [Preferred]
- Solid process analysis improvement & business optimisation skills and experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly and concisely present requirements in a manner appropriate to the audience.
- Knowledge of multiple investment banking products with an end to end understanding of the process (preferred).
- Need to be able to work with varying seniorities of individual within the organization, from senior management to ensure alignment and support for the program, as well as project teams responsible for execution and delivery.
- Able to succinctly explain the benefits of Business Architecture, how architecture is organised, and explain the construct and use of the Casewise tool to the business.
- Managing across a wide variety of differing core processes and technologies
- Requires significant collaboration and influencing skills. He/she must ensure that the global businesses /functions execute initiatives which are appropriate across business lines and fulfil regional business needs
- Able to understand the constituents of business architecture and their respective associations
- An excellent communicator, both verbal and written skills.
- Enthusiastic and confident speaking publicly for both presentations and in delivering training.
- Tenacious whilst also personable and good at building relationships quickly.
