Education & Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in information technology/Management or Business is required.
- A minimum of 4+ years experience.

- Business Process Mapping is a key initiative within Global Delivery driving an understanding of end to end processes and procedures and ensuring improved risk and control awareness and management.
- The Business Process Mapping Team will form a core part the global function that will play a critical part in helping Global Delivery to bring both standardisation and better, more efficient ways of working across the business.
